Recently, Shenyang City in Liaoning Province organized 16 branch bureaus and directly affiliated bureaus to carry out a unified special supervision and inspection of food and agricultural product certification certificates and certification marks. It is understood that this special inspection focused on the standardization and legality of the use of food and agricultural product certification marks, with emphasis on inspecting illegal and irregular acts such as forging, fraudulently using, using beyond the permitted scope, or using beyond the validity period certification certificates and certification marks, and labeling products or product packaging with wording indicating certified products such as “pollution-free agricultural products,” “organic products,” “organic conversion products,” and "green food" without obtaining the corresponding certification.
