The Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, in accordance with the work arrangements for “Quality Month,” actively carried out the “Organic Promotion Week” activities. On the morning of September 25, our department, in conjunction with the Huanggu District Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision of Shenyang City, carried out an activity to bring knowledge of organic product certification into the community at Zhongguang Community in Huanggu District. We placed promotional banners and display boards with knowledge about organic products in front of the community, and distributed brochures on organic product knowledge, food safety knowledge handbooks, and environmentally friendly shopping bags for the convenience of residents to passersby. In the activity room of Zhongguang Community, we explained on site the knowledge of organic product certification, enabling residents to learn how to identify the authenticity of organic food when purchasing it. At the scene, we also interacted with residents on knowledge of organic product certification by adopting the method of residents asking questions and expert teachers answering organic knowledge on site, which gave everyone a deeper understanding of organic certification knowledge.
