(Production unit name: Dongfeng Base, Production unit address: Hengdaohe Forest Farm, Dongfeng County, Liaoyuan City, Jilin Province, Certification certificate number: 122OP2100112; Production unit name: Baoquan Base, Production unit address: Baoquan Forest Farm, Jidong County, Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province (post-harvest handling site: Sanhe Township Industrial Park, Dongfeng County, Liaoyuan City, Jilin Province), Certification certificate number: 122OP2400155). As of December 11, 2025, the certification has been abandoned, and a voluntary application has now been made to cancel the certification certificates.
