To apply for an organic product transaction certificate, you need to provide: product purchase and sales contracts, invoices, logistics documents (when applicable) and other materials, and download and fill out the transaction certificate application form.
FOFCC Transaction certificate is electronic, self-printed version is valid, you can scan the QR code on the sales certificate to verify the authenticity of the sales certificate. Transaction certificate is applied for by the certified organisation prior to the sale of certified products and forwarded to the buyer. For consignments prepared for EU market FOFCC will issue COI on TRACES system. For consignments prepared for US market FOFCC will issue NOPIC on USDA integrity system.
