In accordance with the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Organic Product Certification (Order No. 155 [2013] of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine) and the Implementation Rules for Organic Product Certification (Announcement No. 11 [2014] of the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China), and in accordance with the principles of orderly advancement and dynamic adjustment, and in light of the actual production needs of organic products and the opinions and suggestions of relevant parties, and upon deliberation by the Technical Working Group for Organic Product Certification, the Supplementary Catalogue of Organic Product Certification (II) is hereby promulgated.文章源自FOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/am/11491/
As of the date of promulgation of this Announcement, organic product certification bodies may accept applications for organic product certification for products newly added to the Catalogue, and shall no longer accept products of the types deleted from the Catalogue. For products that have already obtained certification prior to the promulgation of this Announcement and that fall under the deleted types, the certification certificates shall automatically become invalid upon expiration, and products produced during the validity period of the certification certificates may use the corresponding certification marks within the validity period of the products.文章源自FOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/am/11491/
