The organic product certification certificate (Certificate No.: 122OP1600031) held by Fujian Huiye Food Group Co., Ltd. issued by Liaoning Fangyuan Organic Food Certification Co., Ltd. (FOFCC) is valid until September 8, 2020. Due to management negligence by Fujian Huiye Food Group Co., Ltd., operating personnel mistakenly affixed the anti-counterfeiting traceability label for 350g organic black sesame to the packaging of 300g organic black sesame products, which was complained about by consumers to the State Administration for Market Regulation, resulting in adverse effects. In accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Organic Product Certification, CNCA-N-009:2014 Implementation Rules for Organic Product Certification, and FOFCC-AR04 Rules for Modification, Cancellation, Suspension, Resumption, and Revocation of Certification, FOFCC has decided to suspend the above-mentioned organic product certification certificate held by Fujian Huiye Food Group Co., Ltd.
