The organic product certificate (certificate number: 122OP1600031) issued by FOFCC held by Fujian Huiye Food Group Co., Ltd. was valid until September 8, 2020. Due to management negligence on the part of Fujian Huiye Food Group Co., Ltd., an operator mistakenly applied the 350g organic black sesame anti-counterfeiting traceability label onto 300g organic black sesame product packaging, leading to a consumer complaint to the State Administration for Market Regulation and causing a negative impact. In accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Organic Product Certification, CNCA-N-009:2014 Implementation Rules for Organic Product Certification, and FOFCC-AR04 Rules for Alteration, Cancellation, Suspension, Restoration and Revocation of Certification, FOFCC has decided to suspend the aforementioned organic product certificate held by Fujian Huiye Food Group Co., Ltd., with the suspension period running from December 31, 2019, to January 30, 2020.文章源自FOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/en/11751/
