The organic product certification certificate held by Inner Mongolia Shunyuan Yu Trading Co., Ltd. issued by Liaoning Fangyuan Organic Food Certification Co., Ltd. (FOFCC) (Certification Certificate No.: 122OP2300036, valid until August 28, 2024). Due to the client's operational needs, an application has been made for early cancellation of the certificate. In accordance with FOFCC-AR04 "Rules for Modification, Cancellation, Suspension, Resumption, and Revocation of Certification," FOFCC has decided to cancel the aforementioned organic product certification certificate held by Inner Mongolia Shunyuan Yu Trading Co., Ltd.
From the date of cancellation of the organic product certification certificate, Inner Mongolia Shunyuan Yu Trading Co., Ltd. shall:
(1) የFOCC ኦርጋኒክ ምርት ሰርጢፊከትን ወዲያውኑ መጠቀም ያቁሙና ወደ FOCCC የምስክር ወረቀት ክፍል ይመልሱት፤
(2) የቻይና ኦርጋኒክ ምርት የምስክር ወረቀት ምልክት፣ የFFOFCC አርማ እና የኦርጋኒክ ፀረ-ሐሰተኛ የመከታተያ መለያን መጠቀም ወዲያውኑ ያቁሙ፤ እና ሁሉንም ጥቅም ላይ ያልዋሉ የቻይና ኦርጋኒክ ምርት የምስክር ወረቀት ምልክቶች፣ የFFOFCC አርማዎች እና ኦርጋኒክ ፀረ-ሐሰተኛ የመከታተያ መለያዎችን ወደ FFOFCC ይመልሱ ወይም በFFOFCC ቁጥጥር ስር ያወድሟቸው፤
(3) ስለ የምስክር ወረቀቱ ብቃቶች ምንም አይነት አሳሳች መግለጫዎችን ወይም ማስታወቂያዎችን መስጠት የለበትም።
