The organic product certification certificate held by Inner Mongolia Shunyuan Yu Trading Co., Ltd. issued by Liaoning Fangyuan Organic Food Certification Co., Ltd. (FOFCC) (Certification Certificate No.: 122OP2300036, valid until August 28, 2024). Due to the client's operational needs, an application has been made for early cancellation of the certificate. In accordance with FOFCC-AR04 "Rules for Modification, Cancellation, Suspension, Resumption, and Revocation of Certification," FOFCC has decided to cancel the above-mentioned organic product certification certificate held by Inner Mongolia Shunyuan Yu Trading Co., Ltd.
From the date of cancellation of the organic product certification certificate, Inner Mongolia Shunyuan Yu Trading Co., Ltd. shall:
(1) ยุติการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ออร์แกนิก FOFCC ใบรับรอง ทันที และส่งคืนแผนกออกใบรับรอง FOFCC
(2) ยยุติการใช้เครื่องหมายรับรองผลิตภัณฑ์อินทรีย์ของจีน เครื่องหมายองค์กร FOFCC และฉลากป้องกันการปลอมแปลงและตรวจสอบย้อนกลับอินทรีย์ทันที และส่งคืนเครื่องหมายรับรองผลิตภัณฑ์อินทรีย์ของจีน เครื่องหมายองค์กร FOFCC และฉลากป้องกันการปลอมแปลงและตรวจสอบย้อนกลับอินทรีย์ที่ยังไม่ได้ใช้ทั้งหมดให้กับ FOFCC หรือทำลายภายใต้การควบคุมดูแลของ FOFCC
(3) ห้ามมิให้แถลงการณ์หรือโฆษณาใดๆ ที่ก่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิดเกี่ยวกับสถานะการรับรองของตน
