The organic product certification certificate (certification certificate number: JP-38CN-23-012, processing plant name: Dalian Gindy Oil & Foodstuffs Co., Ltd., processing plant address: Maoying Village, Dalianwan Street, Ganjingzi District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, China) held by Dalian Gindy Oil & Foodstuffs Co., Ltd. and issued by Liaoning Fangyuan Organic Food Certification Co., Ltd. (FOFCC), has been voluntarily surrendered as of December 27, 2024, and an application has now been made to terminate the certificate. In accordance with FOFCC-AR04 "Rules for Modification, Termination (Cancellation), Suspension, Restoration, and Revocation of Certification," FOFCC has decided to cancel the above-mentioned organic product certification certificate held by Dalian Gindy Oil & Foodstuffs Co., Ltd.
From the date of termination of the JAS organic product certification certificate, Dalian Gindy Oil & Foodstuffs Co., Ltd. shall:
(1) JASሰርጢፊከት መጠቀምን ወዲያውኑ ያቁሙና ወደ FOCCC የምስክር ወረቀት ክፍል ይመልሱት፤
(2) የJAS የምስክር ወረቀት ምልክት እና የFOCC ድርጅት አርማ መጠቀምን ወዲያውኑ ያቁሙ፤ እንዲሁም የJAS የምስክር ወረቀት ምልክት እና የFOCC ድርጅት አርማ ያላቸውን የምርት ማሸጊያዎች፣ የማስተዋወቂያ ቁሳቁሶች፣ ወዘተ ያጥፉ፤
(3) ስለ የምስክር ወረቀቱ ብቃቶች ምንም አይነት አሳሳች መግለጫዎችን ወይም ማስታወቂያዎችን መስጠት የለበትም።
