The organic product certification certificate (certification certificate number: JP-38CN-23-012, processing plant name: Dalian Gindy Oil & Foodstuffs Co., Ltd.(大连金迪粮油有限公司), processing plant address: Maoying Village, Dalianwan Street, Ganjingzi District,Dalian City, Liaoning Province, China（辽宁省大连市甘井子区大连湾街道毛茔村）) held by Dalian Gindy Oil & Foodstuffs Co., Ltd.(大连金迪粮油有限公司) and issued by Liaoning Fangyuan Organic Food Certification Co., Ltd. (FOFCC), has been voluntarily relinquished starting from December 27, 2024, and termination of the certificate is now applied for. In accordance with FOFCC-AR04 "Rules for Modification, Termination (Cancellation), Suspension, Resumption, and Withdrawal of Certification," FOFCC decides to cancel the above-mentioned organic product certification certificate held by Dalian Gindy Oil & Foodstuffs Co., Ltd.(大连金迪粮油有限公司).
From the date of termination of the JAS organic product certification certificate, Dalian Gindy Oil & Foodstuffs Co., Ltd.(大连金迪粮油有限公司) shall:
(1) Immediately cease use of the JAS certification certificate and return it to the FOFCC Certification Department;
(2) Segera berhenti menggunakan tanda pensijilan JAS dan logo FOFCC; dan musnahkan sebarang pembungkusan produk, bahan promosi dan barangan lain yang memaparkan tanda pensijilan JAS atau logo FOFCC;
(3) Tiada kenyataan atau dakwaan mengelirukan mengenai status akreditasi mereka boleh dibuat.
