In accordance with the applicable requirements of Normative Instructions No. 19 (May 2009) and No. 18 (June 2014) of the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply (MAPA), the mark of the Brazilian Organic Conformity Assessment System (SISOrg) may only be used on products certified under Brazilian Law No. 10831 of 2003.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/show/html-42
- In accordance with the requirements of Normative Instruction No. 19 of 2009, all organic agricultural products exported to Brazil must obtain Brazilian Organic Product Certification.
- IBD is the largest organic product certification body in Latin America, headquartered in Botucatu, São Paulo State, Brazil, and has obtained Brazilian organic product accreditation from MAPA. Through subcontracting IBD's certification business, FOFCC provides Brazilian organic certification services to organic production enterprises in mainland China and surrounding regions. FOFCC inspectors conduct on-site inspections, and IBD makes certification decisions on whether to grant certification based on FOFCC's on-site inspection results.
