Liaoning implements the "Law on Farmers' Professional Cooperatives" to encourage farmer cooperatives to carry out organic certification.

    On March 1, 2010, the "Measures of Liaoning Province for the Implementation of the " (adopted at the 14th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 11th People's Congress of Liaoning Province on January 8, 2010) came into effect. Article 15 thereof stipulates that farmer cooperatives are encouraged and supported in implementing standardized production, applying for certification of pollution-free agricultural products, green food, organic food labels, and geographical indications of agricultural products, registering trademarks for famous and high-quality agricultural products, and creating agricultural product brands with local characteristics. The timely promulgation of these Measures, while promoting the development of farmer cooperatives throughout the province, will certainly provide strong support for the development of sustainable organic agriculture by agricultural cooperatives in our province, further advance the industrialized operation of agriculture, enhance the market competitiveness of agricultural products, and promote increases in farmers' income; it will further improve farmers' quality, cultivate new-type farmers, advance grassroots democratic management, and build a harmonious rural society.文章源自FOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/am/11204/
