According to the Guidelines on Additional Official Control Measures for Products Originating from China issued by the EU Organic Production Committee (COP) on November 28, 2018, as well as the directive signed by the Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development of the European Commission, and following multiple communications between FOFCC and IBD, it has been finally decided that, effective April 1, 2019, pre-export supervision of loading and sampling testing shall be implemented for the following products.文章源自FOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/am/11672/

Certified organizations engaged in the operation (production/processing/trade/export) of the above-mentioned products are requested to submit a COI (Certificate of Inspection for export to the EU) application to FOFCC before the products leave port for organic products destined for the EU region exported after April 1, 2019. FOFCC will arrange sampling testing of the corresponding batches of products and supervise the container loading process in due course. For products shipped without supervision of loading, sampling, testing, or permission for shipment, IBD will refuse to issue the COI.
