The organic product certification certificate obtained by Shenyang Lingshan Lake Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. (Certificate No.: 122OP1500058) is valid until July 20, 2019. As the certification client has failed to pay the certification fees for 2017 and 2018, it has failed to timely perform the organic production/processing certification contract. In accordance with Order No. 166 of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Administration of Organic Product Certification, CNCA-N-009:2014 Implementation Rules for Organic Product Certification, and FOFCC-AR04 Rules for Change, Cancellation, Suspension, Resumption, and Revocation of Certification, FOFCC has decided to suspend the above-mentioned organic product certification certificate obtained by Shenyang Lingshan Lake Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., with the suspension period from December 6, 2018 to March 5, 2019.
