The organic product certification certificate obtained by Shenyang Lingshan Lake Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. (Certificate No.: 122OP1500058) is valid until July 20, 2019. As the certification client has failed to pay the certification fees for 2017 and 2018, and has therefore failed to fulfill the organic production/processing certification contract in a timely manner, in accordance with the Order No. 166 of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Administration of Organic Product Certification, CNCA-N-009:2014 Implementation Rules for Organic Product Certification, and FOFCC-AR04 Rules for Change, Cancellation, Suspension, Resumption, and Revocation of Certification, FOFCC has decided to suspend the aforementioned organic product certification certificate obtained by Shenyang Lingshan Lake Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. The suspension period shall be from December 6, 2018 to March 5, 2019. - Immediately cease the use of the China Organic Product Certification mark and the FOFCC logo on products covered by this certificate;
- (3) Shall not make any misleading statements or publicity regarding the certification status obtained.
