(FOFCC) and held by Wuchang City Daoshifu Rice Planting Farmers' Professional Cooperative, with the production unit name being Wuchang City Daoshifu Rice Planting Farmers' Professional Cooperative Organic Planting Base No. 5 and the production unit address at Zhengxing Village, Dujia Town, Wuchang City, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, and with the certification certificate number 122OOP2100098, is hereby relinquished effective October 9, 2025, and the cooperative voluntarily applies for the cancellation of the certification certificate.
