日正元有机农业有限公司所持有的辽宁方园有机食品认证有限公司（FOFCC）有机产品认证证书（证书编号：122OP1500019）有效期至2017年6月14日，现已过期。依据FOFCC-AR05：2016《认证证书、销售证和CNAS认可标识使用规则》，FOFCC决定对日正元有机农业有限公司所持有的上述有机产品认证证书予以注销。Article provenant deFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/fr/11636/

自有机产品认证证书注销之日起，日正元有机农业有限公司应：Article provenant deFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/fr/11636/

（1）立即终止使用FOFCC有机产品认证证书，并交回FOFCC颁证部；Article provenant deFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/fr/11636/

（2）立即停止在该证书覆盖的产品上使用中国有机产品认证标志、 FOFCC机构标识；并将未使用的有机产品认证标志、 FOFCC机构标识全部交回FOFCC或在FOFCC的监督下销毁剩余标志和带有有机产品认证标志的产品包装；Article provenant deFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/fr/11636/
