华源农业（大连）有限公司所持有的辽宁方园有机食品认证有限公司（FOFCC）有机产品认证证书（证书编号：122OP1700077）有效期至2018年11月30日，现已过期。依据FOFCC-AR05：2016《认证证书、销售证和CNAS认可标识使用规则》，FOFCC决定对华源农业（大连）有限公司所持有的上述有机产品认证证书予以注销。Article provenant deFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/fr/11715/

自有机产品认证证书注销之日起，华源农业（大连）有限公司应：Article provenant deFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/fr/11715/

(1) Cesser immédiatement l'utilisation du produit biologique FOFCC certificat et le restituer au service de certification de la FOFCC ;Article provenant deFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/fr/11715/

（2）立即停止在该证书覆盖的产品上使用中国有机产品认证标志、 FOFCC机构标识；并将未使用的有机产品认证标志、 FOFCC机构标识全部交回FOFCC或在FOFCC的监督下销毁剩余标志和带有有机产品认证标志的产品包装；Article provenant deFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/fr/11715/
