In early April 2013, an assessment team was formed, led by Jia Lan, CNAS Chief Auditor for Organic Product Certification, with Cao Jie, auditor, as a team member. In accordance with CNAS accreditation criteria, the team conducted an office assessment of FOFCC, focusing on the center's business scope management, management review, internal audit, organic product certification operations, impartiality management, competence analysis and evaluation system, personnel competence evaluation and management system, complaint and appeal handling, use of accreditation certificates and marks, testing subcontracting, and changes to certification requirements, among others.
