On April 28, 2016, Announcement No. 9 of 2016 of the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China (CNCA), "Announcement of the CNCA on Issuing the Supplementary Catalogue of Organic Product Certification (IV)," included goji berries in the Catalogue of Organic Product Certification. Due to the relatively high risks in the goji berry production process, when the CNCA formulated and issued the first edition of the Catalogue of Organic Product Certification in 2011, goji berries were kept outside the door of organic product certification. In 2016, in order to meet market demand and to cooperate with the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China in the on-site handling activity for suggestions from National People's Congress deputies in 2016, the CNCA included goji berries in the pilot scope of organic certification and, in accordance with the principles of voluntary enterprise application and recommendation by provincial quality inspection departments and certification bodies, determined the pilot certification bodies and enterprises. Our organization was also selected for the list of pilot certification bodies for organic goji berry certification. In accordance with the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Organic Product Certification (Order No. 155 of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine) and the Implementation Rules for Organic Product Certification (Announcement No. 11 of 2014 of the CNCA), and in accordance with the principles of orderly advancement and dynamic adjustment, in light of the actual production needs of organic products and the opinions and suggestions of relevant parties, and after expert technical review by the China Organic Product Certification Working Group, the Supplementary Catalogue of Organic Product Certification (IV) is hereby promulgated (Attachment 1).Өгүүлэл нь ...-аас авсанFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/mn/11580/
As of the date of promulgation of this Announcement, organic product certification bodies may accept applications for organic product certification for products newly added to the Catalogue of Organic Product Certification (hereinafter referred to as the Catalogue). The pilot period for the product requiring pilot certification (goji berries) shall run from the date of promulgation of this Announcement until the date on which the pilot product is formally included in the Catalogue. In accordance with the principles of voluntary enterprise application and recommendation by provincial quality inspection departments and certification bodies, the pilot certification bodies and enterprises have been determined (Attachment 2). Before the end of the pilot period, certification may be carried out only by the pilot certification bodies and production units under the organization and guidance of the CNCA.
