    Due to the recent impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in Shenyang, in order to ensure the timely issuance of certification certificates and reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission, on the premise of ensuring the safety and reliability of certification business processes and handling procedures, FOFCC has decided to temporarily suspend the mailing of printed certification certificates effective immediately, and to enable electronic certification certificate services. The QR code on the certificate can be scanned to link to FOFCC's own server to verify the authenticity of the certification certificate or download the electronic certification certificate. Electronic certification certificates have the same validity as printed certification certificates and are legally valid.
