The organic product certification certificate held by Qingdao Huatianxiong Food Technology Co., Ltd. and issued by Liaoning Fangyuan Organic Food Certification Co., Ltd. (FOFCC) (production unit name: Jiangsu Xianzhiyuan Aquatic Food Co., Ltd., production unit address: West Side of Jinggangshan Road, New District, Economic Development Zone, Rudong County, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, certification certificate number: 122OP2500007). As of December 31, 2025, the certification is abandoned, and a voluntary application is hereby made to cancel the certification certificate. In accordance with FOFCC-AR04 "Rules for Changes, Cancellation, Suspension, Resumption, and Revocation of Certification," FOFCC decides to cancel the above-mentioned organic product certification certificate held by Qingdao Huatianxiong Food Technology Co., Ltd.
From the date of cancellation of the organic product certification certificate, Qingdao Huatianxiong Food Technology Co., Ltd. shall:
(1) ยุติการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์อินทรีย์ FOFCC ทันที ใบรับรอง
(2) ยยุติการใช้เครื่องหมายรับรองผลิตภัณฑ์อินทรีย์ของจีน เครื่องหมายองค์กร FOFCC และฉลากป้องกันการปลอมแปลงและตรวจสอบย้อนกลับอินทรีย์ทันที และส่งคืนเครื่องหมายรับรองผลิตภัณฑ์อินทรีย์ของจีน เครื่องหมายองค์กร FOFCC และฉลากป้องกันการปลอมแปลงและตรวจสอบย้อนกลับอินทรีย์ที่ยังไม่ได้ใช้ทั้งหมดให้กับ FOFCC หรือทำลายภายใต้การควบคุมดูแลของ FOFCC
(3) ห้ามมิให้แถลงการณ์หรือโฆษณาใดๆ ที่ก่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิดเกี่ยวกับสถานะการรับรองของตน
