Notice Regarding the Cancellation of Shanghai Aobei Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
የኦርጋኒክ ምርት ሰርጢፊከት ማስታወቂያ

The organic product certification certificate held by Shanghai Aobei Biotechnology Co., Ltd. from Liaoning Fangyuan Organic Food Certification Co., Ltd. (FOFCC) (Certificate No.: 122OP1300027), with a validity period until May 9, 2014, has now expired. In accordance with FOFCC-AR05:2012 "Rules for the Use of Certification Certificates, Sales Certificates and CNAS Accreditation Marks," FOFCC has decided to cancel the aforementioned organic product certification certificate held by Shanghai Aobei Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
From the date of cancellation of the organic product certification certificate, Shanghai Aobei Biotechnology Co., Ltd. shall:
(1) Immediately cease the use of the FOFCC organic product certification certificate and return it to the FOFCC Certification Department;
(2) በሰርተፊኬቱ በተሸፈኑ ምርቶች ላይ የቻይና ኦርጋኒክ ምርት የምስክር ወረቀት ምልክት እና የFOCC አርማ መጠቀምን ወዲያውኑ ያቁሙ፤ እና ጥቅም ላይ ያልዋሉ የኦርጋኒክ ምርት የምስክር ወረቀት ምልክቶችን እና የFOCC አርማዎችን ወደ FOCCC ይመልሱ ወይም በFOCC ቁጥጥር ስር የኦርጋኒክ ምርት የምስክር ወረቀት ምልክት ያላቸውን የቀሩትን ምልክቶች እና የምርት ማሸጊያዎች ያጥፉ፤
(3) ስለ የምስክር ወረቀቱ ብቃቶች ምንም አይነት አሳሳች መግለጫዎችን ወይም ማስታወቂያዎችን መስጠት የለበትም።
ይህ ለማሳወቅ ነው።
