Announcement of organic products certificate
No. 6 of 2014
The certificate organic product certification (Certificate No.: 122OP1300027) held by Shanghai Aobei Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and issued by Liaoning Fangyuan Organic Food Certification Co., Ltd. (FOFCC), which was valid until 9 May 2014, has now expired.In accordance with FOFCC-AR05:2012 ‘Rules for the Use of the certificate, Sales Certificate and CNAS accreditation Marks’, FOFCC has decided to revoke the aforementioned certificate for organic products held by Shanghai Aobei Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
From the date of cancellation of the own-brand products certificate, Shanghai Aobei Biotechnology Co., Ltd. shall:
(1) Immediately cease use of FOFCC organic products certificate and return them to the FOFCC Certification Department;
(2) immediately cease using the China Organic Product Certification Mark and the FOFCC logo on products covered by the certificate; and return all unused organic product certification marks and FOFCC logos to FOFCC, or destroy the remaining marks and product packaging bearing the organic product certification marks under the supervision of FOFCC;
(3). Refrain from making any misleading statements or promotions about their certification status.
This is hereby announced.
