Notice Regarding the Cancellation of Shanghai Aobei Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
Organic Product Certification Certificate
No. 6 of 2014
The organic product certification certificate held by Shanghai Aobei Biotechnology Co., Ltd. from Liaoning Fangyuan Organic Food Certification Co., Ltd. (FOFCC) (Certificate No.: 122OP1300027), with a validity period until May 9, 2014, has now expired. In accordance with FOFCC-AR05:2012 "Rules for the Use of Certification Certificates, Sales Certificates and CNAS Accreditation Marks," FOFCC has decided to cancel the aforementioned organic product certification certificate held by Shanghai Aobei Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
From the date of cancellation of the organic product certification certificate, Shanghai Aobei Biotechnology Co., Ltd. shall:
(1) Immediately cease the use of the FOFCC organic product certification certificate and return it to the FOFCC Certification Department;
(2) ให้หยุดการใช้เครื่องหมายรับรองผลิตภัณฑ์อินทรีย์ของจีนและเครื่องหมายองค์กร FOFCC บนผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ครอบคลุมโดยใบรับรองนี้ทันที และส่งคืนเครื่องหมายรับรองผลิตภัณฑ์อินทรีย์และเครื่องหมายองค์กร FOFCC ที่ยังไม่ได้ใช้ทั้งหมดให้กับ FOFCC หรือทำลายเครื่องหมายที่เหลือและบรรจุภัณฑ์ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีเครื่องหมายรับรองผลิตภัณฑ์อินทรีย์ภายใต้การกำดูแลของ FOFCC
(3) ห้ามมิให้แถลงการณ์หรือโฆษณาใดๆ ที่ก่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิดเกี่ยวกับสถานะการรับรองของตน
