On 11th March 2011, the Management Committee meeting of Liaoning FOFCC Organic Food Certification Co., Ltd. (FOFCC) was held in Shenyang. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Yulong, Chairman of the Management Committee, agricultural expert and President of Shenyang Agricultural University.
