Our institution was invited by the Shenyang Administration for Quality Supervision to conduct training on the new organic regulations for managers of major supermarkets in Shenyang.

    On August 10, at the invitation of the Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, our organization provided training to the persons in charge of more than 50 large shopping malls or supermarkets in Shenyang that sell organic products on the new regulations for the new version of organic product certification, with a targeted introduction to the use of organic anti-counterfeiting labels and organic product sales certificates. Next, the Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision required major supermarkets to conduct self-inspections in accordance with the requirements of the new national regulations. In October, the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision will carry out a special rectification campaign to conduct centralized rectification of the production, sales, and other links of organic products. This kind of action to crack down on fake organic products will also become normalized.
    In addition, according to data from the Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, previously 60 enterprises in Shenyang had obtained organic product certification. After the use of the new mark, the number dropped to 41. Nearly one-third of the enterprises producing organic products in Shenyang have withdrawn from the stage of “organic products.”
