桓仁华昕绿色稻米专业合作社所持有的辽宁方园有机食品认证有限公司（FOFCC）有机产品认证证书（证书编号：122OP1500059）有效期至2016年11月3日，现已过期。依据FOFCC-AR05：2016《认证证书、销售证和CNAS认可标识使用规则》，FOFCC决定对桓仁华昕绿色稻米专业合作社所持有的上述有机产品认证证书予以注销。文章源自FOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/en/11596/
