The organic product certification certificate obtained by Shenyang Lingshan Lake Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. (Certificate No.: 122OP1500058) is valid until July 20, 2019. Because the certification client was in arrears with the 2017 and 2018 certification fees, and still failed to timely perform the organic production/processing certification contract during the suspension period, in accordance with Order No. 166 of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Administration of Organic Product Certification, CNCA-N-009:2014 Implementation Rules for Organic Product Certification, and FOFCC-AR04 Rules for Change, Cancellation, Suspension, Resumption, and Revocation of Certification, FOFCC has decided to revoke the above-mentioned organic product certification certificate obtained by Shenyang Lingshan Lake Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd.文章源自FOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/en/11730/

- (3) Shall not make any misleading statements or publicity regarding the certification status obtained.
