沈阳灵山湖农业科技有限公司所获得的有机产品认证证书（证书编号：122OP1500058）有效期至2019年7月20日，由于认证委托人拖欠2017、2018年度认证费，在暂停期仍未能及时履行有机生产/加工认证合同。依据中华人民共和国国家质量监督检验检疫总局令第166号《有机产品认证管理办法》、CNCA-N-009:2014 《有机产品认证实施规则》及FOFCC-AR04《变更、注销、暂停、恢复、撤销认证规则》，FOFCC决定对沈阳灵山湖农业科技有限公司所获得的上述有机产品认证证书予以撤销。文章源自FOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/en/11730/
