丹东市伍佰亩果蔬专业合作社生产的有机草莓，经上海市市场监督管理局抽样检测，其检测结果不合格，经核实以上产品对应的有机产品认证证书（证书号：122OP1700017）有效期至2022年1月31日。依据国家《有机产品认证管理办法》 第三十一条、《有机产品认证实施规则》8.5条款及FOFCC-AR04:变更、注销、暂停、恢复、撤销认证规则的有关规定，FOFCC决定对丹东市伍佰亩果蔬专业合作社所持有的上述有机产品认证证书予以撤销。文章源自FOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/en/11776/
