In order to further enhance the efficiency and convenience of certification services, our organization will officially launch electronic certification certificates with CA electronic signatures starting from January 2, 2025. This initiative aims to align with the trend of digital development, ensure the legality, integrity, and non-tamperability of electronic data, and provide users with more efficient and secure electronic certification services. I. Background
With the rapid development of the organic product market, traditional paper certification certificates face issues such as low efficiency, susceptibility to loss, and vulnerability to forgery during transmission, storage, and use. To better serve our clients and improve the management level of certification certificates, we have introduced CA (Certificate Authority) electronic signature technology and launched electronic versions of organic product certification certificates to meet the needs of industry digitalization.文章源自FOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/en/27517/

- High Security: Utilizes international standard encryption technology to ensure anti-tampering and anti-counterfeiting features of electronic certificates.
- Strong Legal Validity: Complies with the Electronic Signature Law of the People's Republic of China and related regulations, possessing the same legal effect as paper certificates.
- Enhanced Convenience: Electronic certificates can be downloaded, stored, and transmitted at any time, enabling clients to access and use them quickly.
- Eco-Friendly: Reduces the use of paper certificates, promoting green and sustainable practices.
- Traceability: The issuance and usage processes of all electronic certificates are recorded, ensuring full traceability.

- China Organic Product Certificates
- Japan JAS Organic Product Certificates;
- Canada COR and US-Canada Equivalent Organic Product Certificates.

- China Standard Organic Product Certification Certificates: Please visit the unified query website of the National Certification and Accreditation Administration to verify whether the electronic certification certificate information matches the system. Website: http://cx.cnca.cn.
- Japan JAS, Canada COR, and US-Canada Organic Product Certification Certificates: Visit the FOFCC website to verify whether the electronic certification certificate information matches the system. Website: http://www.fofcc.org.cn/zh_cn/search-certificates
- CA Electronic Signature Verification: Upload the electronic certification certificate file to the CA electronic signature issuer’s website to verify whether the file has been tampered with. Website: https://qian.tencent.com/verifySign.
V. Notes - Please properly keep your electronic certification certificates to avoid leakage or loss.
- Electronic certification certificates have the same validity as paper certificates. Clients may print and use them as needed;
- Existing paper certificates remain valid within their expiration period and will be uniformly replaced with electronic versions upon expiry.
