Amending Regulation (EU) 2018/848 concerns the production and marketing of plant reproductive material of organic heterogeneous material for specific genera or species. Regulation (EU) 2021/1165
The regulations shall enter into force on 1 January 2022, with the exception of Article 5(1–3) and Article 7, which shall enter into force on 1 January 2024, including:
General rules on allowed inputs and substances and their inclusion in the positive list.
New Annex I: Plant protection products.
New Annex II: Fertilisers.
New Annex III: Feed products.
New Annex IV: Cleaning and disinfection products - with transitional rules.
New Annex V: Food and yeast products - transitional rules for the list of non-organic ingredients.

Please note, please note, this implementing regulation introduces the possibility for certification bodies to submit substances and/or inputs to the COMM for their use in regions (countries) outside the European Union.
