The regulation updates the lists of authorised substances in Annexes I, II, III and V, with the main changes including:文章源自FOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/en/29445/
- Annex I: reclassifying certain active substances as low-risk substances;
- Annex II (Fertilisers/Soil Improvers): Revise the entry for products of plant origin, adding substances such as calcium acetate and magnesium gluconate;
- Annex III (Feed): clarify feed material and additive provisions, authorise substances such as single-cell protein and ferrous fumarate, and reclassify calcium stearate and calcium propionate;
- Annex V (Food Additives/Processing Aids): Consolidate the original separate lists, clarify the conditions of use, add buffered vinegar and revise the gellan gum provision;
- Special authorisation procedure: introduction of a special authorisation mechanism for the EU's outermost regions, with a new Annex VI listing authorised substances from third countries and outermost regions.
