- New credit management requirements: Clarifying that certification clients must not be listed in the serious dishonesty entities directory, strictly controlling the certification "entry gate."
- Changes in product testing requirements: Emphasizing that sample testing must be completed before certificate issuance or within the certificate's validity period, and products can only be sold or promoted after passing the test.
- Timeliness regulations for origin environment monitoring: Detailed explanation of new validity period requirements for processing water and other environmental monitoring reports (within 12 months and 24 months before the inspection, respectively).
- Strengthened post-certification supervision: Introduction of new supervision methods such as unannounced inspections and sampling inspections in the distribution field (with a ratio not less than 10%).
- Sales certificate and organic code traceability management: Requirement to establish a traceability system, with sales certificate information to be uniformly uploaded to the national system.
