To All Certified Organizations:
Liaoning Fangyuan Organic Food Certification Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as FOFCC), in order to further improve the quality and efficiency of the production of organic (conversion) certification certificates and optimize the layout, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the national organic product certification implementation rules and with reference to the advanced experience of peer institutions, has decided through research by the FOFCC Technical Committee to launch the new version of the FOFCC certification certificate template (see attachment for details) starting from January 1, 2014.
In order to avoid unnecessary inconvenience to certified organizations caused by the renewal of certification certificates, all old-version organic (conversion) product certification certificates issued by FOFCC in 2013 shall remain valid within their validity period, and there is no need to replace them for this reason. Replacement may be carried out when the old-version certification certificates expire or when changes to the certificates are required during the period due to scope expansion, crop rotation, or other reasons. All relevant certified organizations are kindly requested to pay special attention to this matter.
