To all certified organisations:
In order to further improve the quality and efficiency of the preparation of organic (conversion) certification certificates and optimize the layout, Liaoning Fangyuan Organic Food Certification Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as FOFCC), in accordance with the relevant requirements of the national organic product certification implementation rules and with reference to the advanced experience of peer institutions, has decided through research by the FOFCC Technical Committee to launch the new FOFCC certification certificate template starting from January 1, 2014 (see attachment for details).
In order to avoid unnecessary trouble brought to certified organizations by the certificate version change, all old-version organic (conversion) product certification certificates issued by FOFCC in 2013 shall remain valid within their validity period, and there is no need to replace them for this reason. They may be replaced together when the old-version certification certificates expire or when changes to the certificates are required during the period due to scope expansion, crop rotation, or other reasons. All relevant certified organizations are kindly requested to pay special attention to this matter.
