东辽县诚君农业专业合作社持有的辽宁方园有机食品认证有限公司（FOFCC）有机产品认证证书（证书编号：122OP1200115），由于该合作社一直拖缴认证费，依据FOFCC-AR05：2016《认证证书、销售证和CNAS认可标识使用规则》，FOFCC决定对东辽县诚君农业专业合作社所持有的上述有机产品认证证书予以撤销。Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11621/

自有机产品认证证书撤销之日起，东辽县诚君农业专业合作社应：Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11621/

（1）立即终止使用FOFCC有机产品认证证书，并交回FOFCC颁证部；Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11621/

（2）立即停止在该证书覆盖的产品上使用中国有机产品认证标志、 FOFCC机构标识；并将未使用的有机产品认证标志、 FOFCC机构标识全部交回FOFCC或在FOFCC的监督下销毁剩余标志和带有有机产品认证标志的产品包装；Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11621/
