大连乐源生物科技有限公司所持有的辽宁方园有机食品认证有限公司（FOFCC）有机产品认证证书（证书编号：122OP1600010）有效期至2017年4月28日，现已过期。依据FOFCC-AR05：2016《认证证书、销售证和CNAS认可标识使用规则》，FOFCC决定对大连乐源生物科技有限公司所持有的上述有机产品认证证书予以注销。Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11631/

自有机产品认证证书注销之日起，大连乐源生物科技有限公司应：Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11631/

（1）立即终止使用FOFCC有机产品认证证书，并交回FOFCC颁证部；Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11631/

（2）立即停止在该证书覆盖的产品上使用中国有机产品认证标志、 FOFCC机构标识；并将未使用的有机产品认证标志、 FOFCC机构标识全部交回FOFCC或在FOFCC的监督下销毁剩余标志和带有有机产品认证标志的产品包装；Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11631/
