(FOFCC) underwent a remote assessment by the Incorporated Administrative Agency Food and Agricultural Materials Inspection Center (FAMIC). On November 30, 2021, based on the results of this assessment, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan officially issued a "Registration Notice" to FOFCC, formally approving FOFCC as a foreign certification body under the JAS Law. Organic products certified under FOFCC-JAS may legally use the JAS-FOFCC certification mark and be exported to the Japanese market.
