In March 2011, the Biological Farmers of Australia (BFA) released the 2010 new standards for the Australian Certified Organic Standard (ACOS). This is an updated version of the Australian organic standards issued in 2006. The new standards clarify and update the requirements for emerging organic sectors (such as cosmetics, forestry, ethical trade of organic products, pet food, fiber, and aquaculture industries).บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11313/
BFA will soon release a consumer version of its new standards, which will explain the production considerations for individual organic products and product categories. It is said that this booklet will enable shoppers to understand the differences between organic and non-organic production through browsing, for example, by understanding the benefits of purchasing organic honey, meat, or eggs compared to purchasing similar non-organic products, thereby enabling them to make purchasing decisions quickly. This simplified version of the standards will be available free of charge through the BFA website starting in April 2011.บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11313/
