The requirements regarding “recertification” under Clause 7 of the Organic Product Certification Implementation Rules are as follows:บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11381/
● The certified organization shall submit a recertification application to the certification body at least 3 months before the expiration of the certification certificate.บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11381/
● The certification body shall conduct the recertification inspection within the validity period of the certification certificate. If, due to force majeure, the recertification inspection cannot be conducted within the validity period of the certification certificate, the certified organization shall submit a written application to the certification body within the validity period of the certificate, stating the reasons. Upon confirmation by the certification body, the recertification may be implemented within 3 months after the expiration of the certification certificate, but shall not exceed 3 months. ● If on-site inspection cannot be conducted within the validity period of the certification certificate, the production unit that has not undergone recertification within the 3-month extension period shall undergo conversion certification anew.บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11381/
