Article 7 of the Implementation Rules for Organic Product Certification regarding the requirements for “recertification” is:文章源自FOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/en/11381/
The certified organisation must submit an application for recertification to the certification body at least 3 months before the expiry of the certificate.文章源自FOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/en/11381/
● The certification body shall carry out the recertification audit within the validity period of the certificate certificate. Where, due to force majeure, the recertification audit cannot be carried out within the validity period of the certificate certificate, the certified organisation shall submit a written application to the certification body within the validity period of the certificate, stating the reasons.Upon confirmation by the certification body, recertification may be carried out within three months following the expiry of the certificate validity period, but shall not exceed three months.
