FOFCC Inspectors Travel to Taiwan, China to Conduct Certification Inspections

With the strong assistance of our organization's partner, the Taiwan renowned organic product certification body—Taiwan Formosa Organic Agriculture Development Association, on May 14, 2014, the Deputy Director of the FOFCC Technical Committee, in the capacity of a National Registered Senior Inspector for Organic Products, personally traveled to Taiwan, the precious island of our country, for the first time to conduct on-site inspections of organic product production organizations in Taiwan in accordance with China's organic product regulations and standards. Through these on-site inspections, all parties gained mutual understanding of the differences and shared principles between the organic regulations and standards on both sides of the Taiwan Strait.
