The organic product certification certificate obtained by Liangfeng Fruit Tree Planting Garden in Shijianfang Town, Faku County (Certificate No.: 122OP1600048) is valid until July 20, 2019. As the certification client has failed to pay the certification fees for 2017 and 2018, and has thus failed to timely perform the organic production/processing certification contract, in accordance with the Order No. 166 of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Administration of Organic Product Certification, CNCA-N-009:2014 Implementation Rules for Organic Product Certification, and FOFCC-AR04 Rules for Modification, Cancellation, Suspension, Resumption, and Revocation of Certification, FOFCC has decided to suspend the above-mentioned organic product certification certificate obtained by Liangfeng Fruit Tree Planting Garden in Shijianfang Town, Faku County. The suspension period shall be from December 6, 2018 to March 5, 2019. During the suspension period of the organic product certification certificate, Liangfeng Fruit Tree Planting Garden in Shijianfang Town, Faku County shall:บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11734/
- Immediately cease using the China Organic Product Certification Mark and the FOFCC organization logo on products covered by the certificate;
- Not make any misleading statements or publicity regarding the certification qualification it has obtained.
