法库县十间房镇良丰果树种植园所获得的有机产品认证证书（证书编号：122OP1600048）有效期至2019年7月20日，由于认证委托人拖欠2017、2018年度认证费，未能及时履行有机生产/加工认证合同。依据中华人民共和国国家质量监督检验检疫总局令第166号《有机产品认证管理办法》、CNCA-N-009:2014 《有机产品认证实施规则》及FOFCC-AR04《变更、注销、暂停、恢复、撤销认证规则》，FOFCC决定对法库县十间房镇良丰果树种植园所获得的上述有机产品认证证书予以暂停，暂停期自2018年12月6日至2019年3月5日。暂停期内如仍未按合同缴纳认证费，上述有机产品认证证书将自动撤销。文章源自FOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/en/11734/
