This year, the CNCA will continue to intensify the supervision of food and agricultural product certification activities. The CNCA states that if any party discovers suspected violations in organic product certification activities, they may call 12365 to file complaints and reports. For matters involving import and export, complaints and reports may be filed with the local inspection and quarantine authorities. The CNCA's complaint and report hotline is: 010-82262671. In accordance with the provisions of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Certification and Accreditation and the Measures for the Administration of Organic Product Certification, the CNCA is responsible for the unified management and comprehensive coordination of organic product certification activities. The quality and technical supervision bureaus of all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and all directly affiliated entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureaus shall, in accordance with the division of responsibilities, perform the duties of supervision and management and law enforcement investigation and handling of organic product certification activities within their respective jurisdictions.
