According to the provisions of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Certification and Accreditation and the Measures for the Administration of Organic Product Certification, the CNCA is responsible for the unified management and comprehensive coordination of organic product certification activities. The quality and technical supervision bureaus of all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and all directly affiliated entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureaus shall, in accordance with the division of responsibilities, perform the duties of supervision, management, and law enforcement investigation and handling of organic product certification activities within their respective jurisdictions.
