The revised contents announced in the notice are as follows: 1.Under the original standard,two auditors were required for on-site accreditation assessments; after the revision, there is no limit on the number of on-site auditors. 2. For matters not covered by the current standards and regulations related to the accreditation system for organic certification bodies, the relevant provisions of ISO 65 shall apply. 3. The content currently being revised is the provision in the Food Industry Promotion Act (FIPA) requiring certification bodies to have at least three full-time inspectors. The revised act will repeal this provision and instead adopt the relevant provisions of ISO 65 for the management of inspectors.
