    为进一步严格国家有机产品及其标志的查询、辨识，国家认监委于2012年3月1日正式启用国家有机产品认证标志备案管理系统。要求各有机产品认证机构应在有机产品认证标志发放给有机产品生产企业前，将有机产品认证标志信息传送至备案系统，以确保本机构发放的每枚认证标志能够从市场溯源到每张对应的认证证书、产品和生产企业，做到信息可追溯、标识可防伪、数量可控制。根据国家认监委《关于启用国家有机产品认证标志备案管理系统的公告》（征求意见稿），2012年3月1日 前已从认证机构领取旧有机产品认证标志或已印制带有旧有机产品认证标志的产品包装的，应在2012年7月1 日前使用完毕。文章源自FOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/en/11365/
